Jordan Miller is an enterprise reporter at The Salt Lake Tribune. Her main focuses are transportation, policing and breaking news stories. She graduated with two bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science at the University of Oklahoma, with a minor in business. While there, she worked at her student outlet, The OU Daily, since her freshman year in multiple positions - including as a photographer, news editor, news managing editor, and Editor-in-Chief. She has also worked as a freelancer for the Houston Chronicle and as a reporting intern at the Enid News & Eagle Enid, Oklahoma. She was awarded first place in the 2019-2020 Hearst Breaking News Writing Competition, placing as a finalist in their National Writing Competition. She is interested in breaking news reporting, investigative reporting, data reporting and features reporting, among other things.
